By law, coaches cannot do the following; Bill their services to health insurance companies, offer the breadth of care and services provided by therapists, and diagnose mental health conditions. But the services offered by a coach have much value and often compliments the work of licensed therapists. An individual can also be a licensed counselor and a certified coach.
